The 17th Annual Adopt An Angel® campaign begins on at 5:00 p.m. on November 19, 2009 with the Kickoff Event at Crossgates Mall. The campaign will continue through January 3, 2010. All proceeds benefit the chapter’s wish-granting program.

Adopt An Angel features the stories of children who have had, or will have, their wish granted by the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Northeast New York. Their stories are told on paper angels that resemble ornaments. They will be offered for a $3.00 donation at Aviation Mall, Colonie Center (Black Friday weekend only), Crossgates Mall, Rotterdam Square (weekends only), Wilton Mall (weekends only), local businesses, schools and all branches of First Niagara Bank. Each of the angel ambassadors from the Greater Capital Region will be formally introduced at the Kickoff Event. The event will be hosted by Neil Estano from WRGB-TV (CBS 6), Mark Vanness from WBZZ FM (105.7 The Buzz) and Rob Dawes from WQBK FM (Q103) .
If you are interested in volunteering at one of the malls, please complete and return the sign up form (for your respective area) below. Please submit your form to Cindy Conley at the chapter office, One Mustang Drive, Cohoes, NY 12047 or via e-mail at cconley@neny.wish.org. You may also fax your form to 782-0618. You will need to print out the form to submit it by mail or fax. To send it via e-mail, please print out and then scan the form.
