For a child with a life-threatening medical condition, a wish experience is good medicine. There are many ways you can help a make a child’s wish come true.
Volunteer
Volunteering is a great way to help. We invite you to share the power of a wish® whether you can give a few hours each month or a few days each year.
You can help make the wishes of special children come true in your local community when you become a volunteer for the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Northeast New York. Our mission is only possible with the dedication of our volunteers.
Donate
A wish is granted every 40 minutes. Donate in honor of a loved one, become a monthly giver, and more. Help grant wishes today! We welcome all levels of donation, whether it’s a one-time gift, a monthly donation or the establishment of a matching gifts program.
You can donate by mail, online, at work, as part of a matching-gifts program, and even by purchasing select Make-A-Wish Foundation branded products.

Every wish is a unique and memorable experience for the wish child, the wish family and all those who participate in the wish. And many donors say they began their support of the Make-A-Wish Foundation and its endearing mission after hearing a child’s memorable wish story.
